WANTED: THE VOICE OF THE MOVEMENT

ROLE: COMMS & HYPE VOLUNTEER (SOCIALS + OUTREACH)

LOCATION: THE STREETS / DIGITAL

THE MISSION

PROJECT MONO doesn’t do "corporate announcements." We do drops. We do hype. We turn empty London spaces into something legendary, and we need someone to make sure the city hears the noise.

If you know how to make a grainy B&W video look like a cinematic masterpiece and can write captions that actually speak to a 16-year-old in South London, we want you.

THE GIG

  • The Hype: Building anticipation for our "Signature Events" across IG, TikTok, and Discord.

  • The Look: Guarding the B&W aesthetic. If it’s not high-contrast, it’s not MONO.

  • The Groundwork: Getting out there. Chatting to the youth, the artists, and the community to capture the raw energy of our projects.

  • The Narrative: Telling the story of our impact. Not through boring reports, but through visuals and voices.

ABOUT YOU

  • You speak "London." You’re fluent in the culture, the music, and the visual language of the city.

  • You’re a content machine. You can edit a reel in your sleep and know exactly when to hit "post."

  • You’ve got a "people person" energy. You can walk into a room of strangers and walk out with 10 new followers for the project.

  • You believe youth work should look as good as it feels.

THE COMMITMENT

This is a flexible, volunteer role. We need about 4-6 hours a week—mostly digital—with a requirement to be on-site during our events to capture the "Live Hype."
