Job description

The HR Manager will provide a comprehensive Operational HR Management service, in support of the achievement of Organisational business plans and objectives, in line with professional best practice, Human Resources (HR) policies, procedures and ethics.

You will provide generalist HR advice to all employees, including creating strategic HR Partnerships with line managers and the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT). You will also lead on HR projects, and Learning and Development activities.
