Job description

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing charity on a fantastic Mid-Value Manager role. This position oversees the development and delivery of targeted fundraising campaigns to attract, retain, and grow mid-value supporters, ultimately increasing income and supporter lifetime value within a dynamic, supporter-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel mid-value marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition, retention, upgrade, and supporter engagement.
  • optimise channel mix and messaging to ensure outreach is personalised, timely, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop supporter journeys and seamless experiences across all touchpoints, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Analyse campaign performance using supporter insights and data to refine strategies and increase return on investment.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects deliver on targets and quality standards.
  • Develop compelling content and creative materials that inspire action across various channels, including digital, mail, and telephony.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and innovative approaches.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices, maintaining ethical fundraising standards.
  • Support organisational goals by identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement in supporter engagement activities.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience managing mid-value or individual giving programmes, with a track record of supporter acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to develop and deliver insight-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in using supporter data and testing to optimise campaign performance.
  • Expertise in developing supporter journeys, compelling content, and creative across multiple media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver complex activities on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, and creative teams to meet objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking, adaptability, and a passion for supporter-focused fundraising.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £39,000 - £42,900
Contract until December 2026
Hybrid working with 1 day a week in Central London
