The Hepatitis C Trust (HCT) is the UK patient-led charity for hepatitis C. The arrival of highly effective drugs allows us to cure almost everyone who has access to them. We now have an unprecedented opportunity to eliminate hepatitis C by 2030.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Working under the guidance of the Southern Regional Manager, you will oversee a staff team and an expanding network of peer programs across Kent. 

Experience of working with disadvantaged groups and an understanding of providing services to vulnerable people is essential, alongside an understanding of how lived experience can support this work.

Your work will involve maintaining and monitoring our existing HCT peer projects across Kent. This will involve providing support and supervision to existing staff, managing operational issues on a day-to-day basis and overseeing the management of local projects. 

This post also involves regular liaison with external partners across the region, including key stakeholders and NHS colleagues at the Kent Operational Delivery Network (ODN), alongside drug and alcohol services, hostels, outreach services etc.

Played on tablets or smartphones without internet access, ASP combines immersive storytelling, collaborative gameplay and evidence-based psychology, making bold but safe use of ubiquitous tech to strengthen real-world connection.

Lina has been in soft launch via a multi-nation scientific study into its impact on young people and classroom climate. It’s been warmly received in dozens of schools, and now we’re gearing up for public launch. So this is about amplifying – getting our message to the right people, especially educators, journalists and thought-leaders. We’re non-profit and non-commercial; we’re motivated by innovation and belief in our work; our success metric is uptake, not income. But this is also about raising visibility in order to secure a future for this work.

This is not a routine social media role. You'll help shape an entire communications strategy, build new partnerships, approach mainstream and specialist press, influencers, and public figures, create or commission short-form content, plan and support event attendance, and more. 

We’re looking for someone with initiative, courage and sound judgement, who is genuinely excited by the work we’re doing. Passion for education, social impact, cross-disciplinary creative work or innovative tech could all be relevant. An understanding of how ideas reach people in 2026 is essential.

Are you an experienced Finance Officer with strong income reconciliation skills and experience working with CRM or membership systems?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional membership organisation for a Finance Officer to join their collaborative finance team during an exciting period of systems transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, investigating discrepancies, improving processes and taking ownership of reconciliations.
The organisation supports a large membership base and manages significant volumes of subscription and fee income, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in membership, subscription or recurring income environments.

The Role

This position is predominantly focused on income accounting (70%), with a smaller purchase ledger/accounts payable element (30%).
Working closely with the Finance Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume income transactions, reconciling data across finance and CRM systems, investigating anomalies and supporting the organisation through a major CRM migration project. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is confident working independently, interrogating data, investigating discrepancies and identifying practical solutions.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience within an income-focused finance role.
• Significant experience of high-volume bank reconciliations and income reconciliations.
• Experience working with CRM, membership or customer database systems.
• Experience extracting, analysing and interrogating financial data.
• Experience reconciling transactions across multiple systems.
• Sage experience is essential.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience.

This is a pivotal role where you will drive high-quality financial services, manage key monthly financial processes, and act as a trusted strategic partner to school Principals and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: Work closely with Principals and senior staff to ensure effective budget management, adherence to financial compliance, and strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, control account reconciliations, and annual budgets/reforecasts.
• Team Leadership: Support a high-performance culture by managing and mentoring local finance staff, identifying training needs, and fostering a learning mindset.
• Process Improvement: Drive forward initiatives that promote value for money, propriety, and outstanding financial standards across the region.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all accounting procedures, payment runs, and payroll processes strictly adhere to trust policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Part-qualified or Finalist (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Proven experience running effective administrative and financial systems.
• Strong management accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting platforms such as Sage Intacct, Concur, or IMP is a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills to skilfully maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Location: West London (with Hybrid working)  

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) + Excellent Benefits.

The Role

As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of a small team delivering high quality, confidential and proactive administration support to the Directorate.

The Executive Assistant’s main duties will include diary management, meeting coordination, preparation of presentations, reports and minutes. Your ability to plan ahead, prioritise tasks, and take on ad hoc duties will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of the team.

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional organisation skills, flexibility and be experienced in interacting confidently at a senior level.

Specifically, you will:

• Support the nominated Director(s) with their day-to-day duties through effective diary scheduling and management, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, booking travel and accommodation and other ad hoc duties, deputising and covering for other Executive Assistants as required.

• Undertake a range of administrative tasks for the Directors and support with the prioritisation of workload.

• Support the Directors with management of internal and external stakeholder relationships including drafting written correspondence.

• Arrange and attend departmental meetings including the preparation and circulation of agendas, minutes and actions.

• Arrange other internal and external meetings where required, which could include liaising with Trustees and other third parties, preparing agendas and minutes and monitoring follow-up actions as required.

• On a daily basis, monitor and track emails and actions pending.

• Assist the charity’s Directors with the completion of all official company records and regulatory documentation as required.

• Use the charity’s HR System as required to monitor and approve annual leave on behalf of the charity’s Directors, ensuring compliance with current charity policies.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• To be ideally educated to A Level or able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experience.

• To have significant experience working in a similar role providing executive support at Director level.

• To have expert proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using a range of platforms and databases including CRM systems.

• To have experience of working with AI platforms to create efficiencies with work processes.

• To have exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload, conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.

• To have excellent interpersonal skills, an empathetic and adaptable communicator who inspires trust and confidence at all levels.

• To have proven ability to assimilate, record and convey complex information accurately and efficiently.

• To be diplomatic and discreet, and have high standards of confidentiality.

• To have excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality of work in all tasks including preparation of documents, scheduling of meetings, proof-reading communications and other administrative tasks.
