Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and dynamic team player to join our youth work team as a full-time Youth Worker, specialising in supporting young women who are experiencing multiple and complex needs.

In this role, you will work within the Youth Work Team to help us deliver our frontline Day Centre service and support delivery of our weekly and monthly life skills offer to young people experiencing homelessness.

You’ll specialise in sharing knowledge and expertise in gender-informed work, leading on the delivery of our weekly Women and Non-Binary space, facilitating groupwork sessions and supporting a caseload of young women who require intensive support.

We are committed to trans-inclusive, gender-affirming practice throughout our service, and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment and can bring it to life in their day-to-day work with young people.

Ideally you should be experienced in working with young people aged 16-24 and/or have demonstrable experience working directly with women and non-binary people (of any age).
