Back on Track is a Manchester charity that enables people facing disadvantage to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.  We run a learning centre for adults going through a process of recovery or rehabilitation, having experienced problems with alcohol, drugs, offending, mental health or homelessness. 

This role will help to advance Back on Track’s strategic priorities through key stakeholder relationships and effective management of the commissioned services and projects. 

You will be responsible for supporting, developing, and managing project staff on the Multiple Disadvantage team and capturing learning, monitoring, and evaluation of service delivery. Partnership working and influencing is also a key element with the role and delivering workshops and training to share programme learning to wider stakeholders.

About the role
The Client Services Manager utilises our CRM to manage the Charities team inventory requirements (products including charity entries and advertising packages) across the London Marathon Events portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the charities team systems and processes to ensure our team can work efficiently, maximise the use of our CRM to support sales and charity customers communications, and give our charity partners a best-in-class customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities 
 

• Lead the charities advertising asset management process, working with internal teams to confirm timelines, roles and responsibilities and ensure tools and workflows are used efficiently to deliver partners benefits on time and on budget. 
• Support      with registration platform system testing, feedback, management and      development.  
• Deliver      charity entries and advertising sales product set-up, testing and roll-out      in Dynamics. 
• Support      in improving processes for all systems used by      the Charities team.
• Represent      the Charities team as a subject specialist on business improvement project      groups supporting to scope and test our team’s      requirements.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills that support efficient and high-quality work.
 
Experience in undertaking data selections for targeted marketing mailings is essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects from start to finish. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, coupled with strong analytical thinking, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in this way within a charity’s fundraising team or equivalent would be desired but not essential.

The overall purpose of this Financial Controller role is to prepare the statutory accounts for the Raven Group, alongside maintaining the general ledger, purchasing systems and interfaces to other operational systems, as well as leading the team responsible for managing Raven’s finance transactions, treasury, cash management and fixed assets.

The Role:

• Leading and co-ordinating delivery of the financial statements for the group including leading on the annual external audit

Job purpose: We are seeking a motivated, experienced Fundraising & Public Interface Officer who will work with the Board to deliver WA-UK’s objectives by growing its income from a diverse funding pool including but not limited to trusts & foundations, legacy and individual giving and community giving.  You will develop WA-UK’s fundraising strategy (online and offline) and lead on its implementation. Development and implementation of fundraising strategies

Guided by WA-UK’s objectives and strategic priorities the postholder will:

· develop a fundraising strategy, set targets and take proactive steps to implement the strategy;

· consolidate, strengthen and build on donor and stakeholder engagement and maximize income generation through strategies developed in coordination with partners; 

· develop a portfolio of donors and ensure that their objectives and needs are met;

We are recruiting for a Legal and Support Services Assistant to act as a first point of contact for the charity and assist the legal and support services teams.

The Legal and Support Services Assistant will help ensure smooth delivery of our services. You will be the first point of contact for new queries and play a key role in providing the information needed and passing enquiries to the relevant service.

Role overview

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.

Salary: Starting at £25,244 FTE with potential annual step increases up to £28,412, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, the trustees consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.

Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. Our kitchen chef will prepare and cook meals for residents according to agreed menus. Oversees the service kitchen by managing any other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet client's requests. Will assist in prep work and cleaning kitchen, but more often will be involved in cooking and serving dishes.
