Senior Digital Fundraising and Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

London, Greater London (Hybrid)
£50,000 - £55,000 per year
Full-time
Contract (Fixed-term maternity cover, 16 months)
Job description

This is a pivotal role for an experienced digital leader at the heart of London's Air Ambulance Charity's fundraising, marketing and engagement ambitions.

You’ll own all the digital marketing platforms and channels. You’ll lead the delivery of the charity's digital marketing roadmap. The aim is to bring together the website and fundraising platforms, supporter communications/email, organic social, digital content, paid media, analytics, supporter journeys, online experiences and emerging technologies into a cohesive approach that brings measurable engagement, income and impact. Primarily, you'll be responsible for strengthening our existing digital foundations, but also identifying and shaping what comes next.

Therefore, this role is ideal for someone who combines translating vision into action with ‘hands-on’ practical expertise, and who enjoys building, developing and scaling digital delivery. You'll be comfortable moving between setting direction, influencing stakeholders and ‘rolling up your sleeves’ resolving day-to-day digital challenges, unblocking projects and helping move priority work forward.

Relationship building is at the core. You’ll work across fundraising, communications, supporter experience and data, as well as frontline clinical and operational teams. You’ll also foster critical agency partner relationships.
