Look Ahead currently manages approx. 1,500 units on behalf of other landlords. The organisation typically enters into housing management agreements and other deliver vehicles [e.g. leases], as part of a wider contract to deliver care and support service to Local Authority and Health commissioners.
Housing management agreements and leases place responsibilities on both the landlord and management agent to provide services to tenants and licences and ensure compliance across all associated legislation (landlord & tenant, statutory landlord compliance and health and safety). To ensure compliance, agreements set distinct responsibilities for setting and collecting rent and service charges and the arrangement for maintaining properties to agreed standards.
The Agency Partnerships Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Look Ahead operates efficiently and achieves full compliance in relation to our housing management agreements, leases and office licences. The post holder will also act as the main point of liaison for the different landlords (both social landlords and private rented sector) and also act as the main interface between the Landlord Services and New Business Teams in ensuring that new services coming over with housing management obligations are properly established and integrated into the service.
The Agency Partnerships Manager will monitor the financial performance of housing management agreements and will take a lead role in negotiating appropriate allowances with Landlords and ensuring the full costs of delivery, including dilapidations and handback arrangements are understood and factored into business planning/financial modelling.
Furthermore, the Agency Partnerships Manager will have a key role in ensuring that operational service understand their responsibilities and will ensure a structured approach to quality monitoring and that Look Ahead/ Landlords are fulfilling their obligations.
The right candidate for this role will have the ability to travel.

Campbell Rd Young Peoples service provides support and housing for 55 young people in Tower Hamlets that are either leaving care of affected by youth homelessness. The Support Worker role will be to manage a caseload of approx 7-10 young people .You will be expected to deliver positive outcomes for all our young people and support them to reach independence, keep safe and maintain their tenancy's. Aside from support workers delivering support there is a strong element of housing management associated wit this role, for example managing rents, raising/monitoring repairs and health and safety.

The Deputy Manager is responsible for the operational management of our specialist customer focused support services across the service. Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager
Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community
Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to
Undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards
Encourage and enable tenants to pay their rent and to ensure that rent accounts are managed effectively in conjunction with the Housing Management team
Ensure that referrals are chased proactively so that properties which can be used to house those in need are filled as efficiently as possible
Adhere to Look Ahead's Policies and Procedures
Engage in learning and development activity to increase knowledge and skills
Undertake any other duties consistent with the grade and nature of the post as may be reasonably assigned

Livingstone House is a 24 hour staffed 92 bed mix gender hostel, which provides short term supported housing for single homeless vulnerable people with Low to Medium support needs. Look ahead provides the support function and Riverside provides the housing management and night concierge. The Service provides on average 5 hours of weekly support to customers who reside in the hostel with the aim to provide them with the tools to move on within the community and live independently.
This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead are not a sponsoring organisation.
What you'll do:
To provide support to peers and management, being flexible and responsive and help bespoke support for each customer's abilities and aspirations
To implement the principles of personalisation, as part of a local service plan.
To help support your colleagues to maximise the customers' independence.
To motivate customers to access educational and training opportunities and to integrate fully in the community
To support up to 14 customers to sustain their tenancies
To promote customer involvement in all aspects of your work
To take on a project that will help assist the service move forward
To work closely with peers/customers and lead on initial referral assessments, aiding their journey for betterment & lead on the resettlement of customers
To maintain appropriate records to a sound standard in accordance with Look ahead's policies and procedures.
To attend Case Conferences every 6 weeks where viable
To attend provider meetings and update upon service delivery
Working hours are either a 8am-4.30pm or a 1.30pm until 9.30pm on a rota basis which will includes weekends

Hounslow is an innovative young person's service. The service is spread over 6 sites in Hounslow and supports a broad range of service users including Looked After Children, Care Leavers, Teenage Parents as well as other young people being referred in for multiple support needs.
The service works closely with statutory services to provide wrap around support for each customer within the service. Support is provided by a large and skilled workforce with specialist roles including a therapist and mediation worker, as well as an enhanced frontline staff team of 16 day support workers and night support workers, an apprentice, peer mentors and night concierge across a number of sites.
This service support those with medium to high/complex needs to achieve the very best outcomes including tenancy sustainment, ETE, learning and enhancing life skills, managing mental health and emotional wellbeing and a successful move on from the service with greater independence, confidence and resilience.
The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of the service, including line managing the relevant front line staff. You will lead and develop the skills of the team and will work closely with the contract manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets.
This role is a fixed term contract.

What you'll do:
* Lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
* Deliver effective supervision and team meetings with staff
* Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers and feeding into the organisations succession plans
* Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required as part of the Contract are met and recorded correctly
* Develop key business relationships with all appropriate relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
* Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs and ensure that support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs of the customer
* Carry out other administrative tasks as relevant to the service and directed by the Contract/Operations Manager
* Deliver an out of hours on-call service for region, where required
* Ensure that all safeguarding cases are managed in line with safeguarding protocols and are reported to Contract / Operations Managers, as appropriate
* Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times and to uphold all health and safety responsibilities within relevant policies and local protocols
* Adhere to all the policies and procedures of Look Ahead Care & Support plus those specific to the project including any statutory requirements
