We're seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to lead Autistic and OK through its next exciting chapter until August 2028. This is a leadership role with strategic influence, operational responsibility, and impact at scale. You'll manage delivery of the programme increasing reach across the UK, developing a whole school approach and building upon the success of phase one which has impacted 1000+ schools and over a million beneficiaries so far.
You'll manage the delivery of the Autistic and OK programme in line with Ambitious about Autism's strategy and vision and against the contract requirements, leading national scale-up and expansion across UK schools and FE settings including identifying new partners across devolved nations. You'll adhere to the highest values of co-design and participation, contributing to Ambitious about Autism's (AaA) aims to ensure that the voices of autistic children and young people are heard in the development of the project and resources
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to scale national programmes (ideally within education, mental health, participation or inclusion).
- Understanding of major policies, initiatives and legislation relating to education and related statutory services in the SEN sector.
- Skilled at forming and sustaining strategic relationships with partners across education, health and the voluntary sector.

Job Description
Responsible for:
Advising food bank clients and conducting assessments with people who are experiencing financial crisis or hardship and struggling to pay off debt. Required to provide advice through various service delivery points, including outreach locations.

Base Location: The LSFB Community Hub, Wigston, Leicestershire

Main Responsibilities
● Uphold the aims and principles of the Helping Hands Community Trust and the Leicester South Foodbank.

● Research, validate, and analyse information provided by a client in order to support and advise them on how to prioritise their debts and ways to repay it affordably and provide advice on dealing with the impacts
● Develop and agree realistic client budgets that fully reflect the client’s situation.
● Present a range of solutions, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages according to the client’s personal situation and make recommendations based on this information
● Compile financial statements
● Advocating on behalf of clients when negotiating with creditors, and other 3rd party organisations
● Ensure that all advice and solutions are presented in accordance with the charity’s policies and procedures and in line with AQS (Advice Quality Service) and thereby compliant with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Debt Management directives)
● Assessing client needs through confidential interviews and hold a personal caseload
● Assist people to complete forms, writing letters or making phone calls on behalf of claimants
● Provide advocacy and assist clients with appeals and preparation for tribunals where the client has grounds to challenge decisions

- Act where necessary by calculating, drafting or writing letters and producing written submissions for clients as appropriate
- Negotiate with third parties
- Ensure income maximisation through the take up of appropriate benefits
- Prepare paper submissions to the appropriate statutory bodies, tribunals and courts as appropriate.
- Assist with related problems where they are an integral part of the case and refer to other advisers or specialists as appropriate.
- Make outreach visits, where necessary and subject to resources and risk assessments.

About the role
This post will work as part of a community partnership programme, a small team providing accessible and bespoke perinatal care including, antenatal education, postnatal sessions, peer support, counselling and practical support to women from low-income migrant marginalised backgrounds.
The role will provide non-judgmental, compassionate and trauma-informed care to women accessing the service helping them to navigate complex needs and overcome barriers to access through a creative, solution-focused approach. Working alongside the Perinatal Programme Manager building and maintaining a network of local support services, helping to develop clear referral pathways and strong partner relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience of supporting or working with marginalised or vulnerable groups and understanding the barriers they face to accessing support and an awareness of ways in overcoming them
- Knowledge and experience working or volunteering with women and birthing people during pregnancy and early years
- Experience working within a relevant sector e.g., maternity, children’s services, homelessness, women’s services, mental health, supporting asylum and refugee families
- A good knowledge and understanding of local support and services for the client group
- Experience in empowering women to make informed decisions about their lives and advocating for their needs and rights

About the Role:
As our Legacy Officer, you will play a vital role in administering UK and international legacy gifts, from notification to final distribution, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. You'll help support income forecasting, estate reviews, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Working closely with the Legacy Administrator, Legacy Marketing Manager, and global fundraising teams, you'll help integrate legacy administration with broader fundraising goals.
The role also involves building strong relationships with executors, solicitors, and international colleagues. For candidates working above 0.6 FTE (22 hours per week), the role will also support legacy marketing campaigns and international programme development.
About You:
To be successful as our Legacy Officer, you will ideally have experience in UK legacy administration, with the ability to manage a complex caseload efficiently and in line with legal and organisational policies. Strong analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail in reporting, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. You should be confident working within a global organisation, with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and regional legal frameworks. You'll have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executors, solicitors, and internal and external stakeholders is key.
Experience in international legacy administration or marketing would be an advantage, as would familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or First Class.

About the role
As an Experienced Practitioner, you will provide direct support and care for our young people who have complex emotional and mental health difficulties (such as trauma and loss) and can struggle to regulate their emotions.
