About the role:
To managing all aspects of the shop, including recruiting and leading the volunteer team in order to maximise the income generated for Concern's work. CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT

The Coln Restoration Group are seeking a part-time Consultant and Adviser to report to the Chairman and Donors of the group. The post extends and builds on the successful work undertaken over the last sixteen months by the Upper Coln Restoration Group.
The aim of the CRG is to restore the Coln river, a major Upper Thames tributary, to the state it was in until it was overwhelmed and degraded in recent years by excessive sewerage storm overflow, sewage storm tank spill events and compromising groundwater abstraction.
The applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating the campaign to restore the Coln river. This includes devising a strategy with the Chairman and the group to maintain pressure on Thames Water to fulfil its significant new investment undertakings and to meet its wider statutory obligations and responsibilities for improving the state of the river.
The role will require engagement with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies including Ofwat and the Environment Agency, or their successors, to ensure support for the implementation of a comprehensive and ongoing restoration plan. An important role requiring the ability to help drive the process on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications sought from the applicant may include the following areas:
· Evidence of multi-agency and/ or corporate team working at a senior level.
· Academic achievement and environmental or farming working knowledge.
· Coordination of water testing and monitoring volunteer network.
· Data sourcing and analysis capabilities.
· Good people skills.

Salary £39,319 per annum, increasing by annual increments to £44,279

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial operations of our charity. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing payroll, handling VAT returns, and driving continuous improvement in our financial and operational processes. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, providing essential insights to our Lead Managers, and contributing to the overall financial health of HENRY. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop members of our finance team.

About the role:
This role is based out of our Chandlers Ford office on a hybrid basis with the expectation of 60% of your working week from the office. The role will include regular travel across the Hampshire & Isle of Wight region. You will be required to work flexibly to attend events in evenings and weekends, time off in lieu will be given.
As a Community Engagement & Training Officer, you will play a vital role in strengthening Victim Support's presence and impact within the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing Engaging Content: Creating compelling and inclusive social media content tailored to diverse audiences to raise awareness of Victim Support's services and initiatives.
- Event Coordination and Representation: Organising and representing Victim Support at community events such as Pride, 999 Days, and local fairs. You will engage directly with victims and witnesses of crime, offering immediate emotional and practical support.
- Delivering Presentations: Designing and delivering impactful presentations to criminal justice partners, including police and probation services, to promote collaboration and raise awareness of Victim Support's work.
- Community Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with community leaders, local organisations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach and support networks.
This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
