We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead and develop a function that supports our charity in making decisions based on data and insight. To establish a business intelligence centre of excellence, championing best practices, standardisation and data governance.
You will be leading and managing our Business Intelligence Team, including operational planning and budgeting. Helping to develop and deliver an annual operating plan that aligns with, and supports our strategic objectives. Working with our Senior Executive Team to ensure that our internal stakeholders are informed of the reach and impact of our work, and methods of improvement. You will be building excellent working relationships with all our stakeholders both internal and external.
As a member of the Management Development Forum, you will be expected to provide leadership across the organisation, including liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and deputising for the Head of Operations as required.

About you
- You will have strong reporting and analytical skills

The Role
Based either at our Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire, remotely or hybrid, you will lead and manage the development and delivery of income growth from corporate partnerships.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll be proactively identifying and securing new partnerships, whilst nurturing and maintaining existing relationships. Working with the wider engagement and fundraising team, you will ensure donors receive the best experience and an integrated and joined up fundraising plan is delivered.

About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic manager with knowledge and experience of corporate account management and new business development. You will be experienced working in a fundraising environment and managing key fundraising projects.
You will need to be confident communicator, calm under pressure and keen to evidence the success of your work through data analysis, you will be able to adapt your approach to suit different audiences.

About the role
We are looking for a creative, pro-active and outgoing Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team who can build on our successful corporate partnership programme. Deputy Manager Boaz Project
The Boaz Trust Hampshire Limited.
Boaz is a small independent charity providing day services for adults with learning disabilities (members) in a beautiful farm setting near Winchester.
Founded upon a strong Christian ethos it is the “workplace” for around 30 adults for four days a week undertaking a range of horticultural tasks as well as cooking, craft, animal care and woodwork. Some members attend for just a half day, others several days a week.
The charity has a small staff team, supported by around 50 volunteers, working together to ensure our members have a rewarding and meaningful experience gaining valuable life skills.
Reporting to the Manager, the role of Deputy Manager is responsible for general day to day office management, leading the Project in the Manager’s absence and taking the lead in the kitchen, working with members to provide a daily healthy vegetarian meal for around 20 people.
Experience in the charity/volunteer sector, along with a catering/ kitchen background or love of cooking, as well as previous work with adults with learning disabilities, would be an advantage.
The position is site based, Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30
Benefits include 20 days holiday rising to 25 with service, statutory holidays, pension and sick pay provision.
Salary, depending upon experience, is up to £31,500.

About the role:
We are looking for two exceptional Senior Philanthropy Managers – Health to join our Fundraising & Supporter Development (F&SD) team to significantly increase philanthropic income for health fundraising priorities across King’s College London (KCL). About the role of Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is a core member of WCC's management team and is a key advisor and partner to the CEO on all areas of finance. The post-holder will have responsibility for timely and efficient management of the day-to-day accounting function and all internal and external financial reporting. Your role
As Assistant Shop Manager, it is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Shop Manager in Surbiton's brand new Scope shop (Victoria Road, Surbiton, KT6 4NS). The shop will be opening mid 2024. You will be able to use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different! One day you might be be generating and processing stock and designing an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

You’ll be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and committed to providing excellent customer service. You do not need specific retail experience. But we do ask that you are business minded and have worked in a fast paced, service environment where you put the customer’s needs first. About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Grants Manager to join a fantastic charity working to provide long-term sustainable help to vulnerable young people, by working closely with organisations supporting families, schools and local communities.
Location: Hybrid working, 2 days can be from home and 3 days a week based in the Westminster office.

As Senior Grants Manager you will be an ambassador for the Foundation and will lead implementation of the grant making strategy to provide opportunities for children and young people (0-25 years old). - Working closely with the Impact and Evaluation Manager to ensure that they are able to consolidate and communicate their impact at the highest level.
The successful candidate will have strong Grant Management experience (minimum of 5 years) ideally with a large funder and a passion for working to improve life chances of vulnerable children and young people. You will be collaborative and collegiate with a willingness to contribute to and strengthen a strong team culture to empower team members to lead and develop, and be an articulate and confident presenter, able to bring stakeholders together at the highest levels to unlock problems with strong skills of persuasion. Strong experience of improving processes and procedures in grant management is key and experience of capital projects/spend out of a fund would be helpful but not essential
