Our Greenwich Counselling Service, including our culturally specific Asian service, has been offering free counselling to Greenwich borough residents for more than 40 years. It has grown organically from telephone counselling and crisis intervention to longer term and culturally specific counselling and relationship work. Counselling sessions are delivered by our dedicated and highly professional volunteer counsellors, as well as a small team of counselling coordinators. About the charity: Cavernomas look like raspberries and are found in the brain and spinal cord. They're formed of abnormal blood vessels with thin leaky walls, which can bleed at any age without warning. 1 in 625 people are thought to have a cavernoma, and whilst most people won't experience symptoms 1 in 2,700 do. Symptoms can include haemorrhages, seizures and other neurological problems. Treatment involves 'wait and see', neurosurgery or stereotactic radiosurgery; with no medications currently available.

About the roles: The Member Support Assistant is responsible for assisting our Volunteer Manager with administration relating to the support of the charity’s 4,000 members and volunteers. We are looking for a part time Information & Advocacy Community Support Worker in Scotland. You will be home based living in the North of Scotland.

Role Purpose
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all student-related events. The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the team. You will support the France team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). You will also play a key role in executing our social media strategy and managing our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall administration of student events, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination.
- Event management, student and partner communication, and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
- Posting job opportunities on our student portal and creating content for our newsletter.
- Managing student queries and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinating outreach programmes and managing our Student Ambassador network.
- Identifying and onboarding students, managing relationships with academic institutions and partners.
- Maintaining working documents, event calendars, and reports.
- Thinking creatively to improve outreach programmes and manage social media platforms.
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring all information and student data is managed within GDPR guidelines and updated in Salesforce.
- Running reports to track and monitor events from the CRM.
Required qualifications
- University degree (any discipline)
Candidates without the required qualification will be considered if they have at least 1 year of relevant and relatable work experience in a similar role.

The Duty Worker will be working closely with survivors of domestic abuse and other VAWG (violence against women and girls) to provide high quality independent support to survivors at all risk levels and their children. The post holder will play a crucial role in the service delivery, being the first point of contact for survivors who are referred to the Gaia Centre by contacting the survivors, assessing their needs and risks, carrying out and implementing safety plans and needs and will ensure an effective handover to the relevant GAIA team for ongoing support or referring to another appropriate agency for support.
The duty worker will also empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical, and personal welfare support. You will ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options.
The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. The job involves informing survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety.

Cruse Bereavement Support is the UK’s leading Bereavement charity. We help people through one of the most painful times of their lives through bereavement support, information and campaigning.
We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic Fundraising Administrator to support our Public Fundraising Team to deliver some ambitious targets.
You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible supporter experience for our donors and fundraisers, including support with digital engagement. Reporting to the Individual Giving and Legacy Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care to supporters responding to enquiries and thanking them for their support, you’ll work within our database to maintain the quality of information available and assist with gift processing, as well as many other activities to help drive income and ensure all our supporters are valued at all times.
You will work in a small and friendly team in a very busy and diverse role. Possessing excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines is essential as well as strong IT skills. The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, supporters and volunteers will be a huge asset in this important role for the charity.
