This is an exciting role supporting the Supporter Experience team in delivering an extensive portfolio of campaign selections and supporter journeys across the NSPCC. The team, which sits within the Communications division, is responsible for managing communications with warm supporters. The team works with Campaign Managers to use data effectively in supporter communications, ensuring supporters receive an excellent experience of the NSPCC.

This role will be responsible for planning and delivering supporter journeys and data selections for NSPCC campaigns, based on briefs developed with Campaign Managers and internal teams. This will primarily use FastStats, PeopleStage and Adestra, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

The successful candidate will have experience of mailing selections and automated journey creation, as well as an understanding of how data can be applied to create complex and tailored supporter journeys using dynamic content, journey logic, personalisation and reporting. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and be experienced in developing and maintaining working relationships across various teams.

Thames Reach’s Outreach teams operate across London and helps those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond to referrals and work flexibly to reach London’s most vulnerable. Individuals are assessed to identify their support needs and support plans are created, including work to obtain identification, access health services and refer to other specialist agencies, including those with immigration issues.

We are looking for a Lead Worker  to join the Hillingdon Streat Outreach Team.

You will:

• Lead outreach shifts, providing a rapid response to referrals for people who are rough sleeping in the borough 
• Take a lead role within the team, working closely with support workers and assistant support workers to identify the quickest and most appropriate route off the street for people found rough sleeping, and devise plans to achieve this 
• Provide direct support to people who are found rough sleeping to enable them to move away from the streets and into accommodation 
• Work alongside partner agencies to ensure that clients are accessing appropriate support to access and sustain accommodation. 
• Represent the team at multi-agency meetings 
• Accurately record all work completed within given timeframes 

To succeed as the Lead Worker, you will have:

• A strong commitment to providing a high standard of service 
• Experience working with people who have rough slept or vulnerable adults and supporting them to access services

Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. The role will be based in Hertfordshire where the new flagship store will be opening (exact location TBC). Responsibilities as our Chief Instructor will include:.

• Organising and delivering high quality face to face and virtual training for cadets (and volunteers)
• Supervising delivery of courses by others and ensuring that we adhere to National Governing Body standards and any other existing regulations are adhered to.
• Assisting the Centre Manager to ensure that all activities at the facility are conducted in a safe manner, and that all sessional instructors or volunteers are appropriately briefed, qualified and trained.

We are looking for a great motivator with excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a full-time role and the postholder can either be based in the community in Lewisham or our New Ash Green office, with travel to the other area/ office 2 days a week. The postholder must have access to their own ULEZ compliant car.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

WAKEFIELD – OFFICE BASED

30 HOURS PER WEEK£22,000 - £25,600 PER ANNUM                                 Full Time Equivalent £26,000 – £32,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dedicated team based in Wakefield.  Playing a key role as Business Operations Manager you will be a crucial member of the Management team, leading the back-office and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.

You will be part of the newly created Management Team, providing Business Operations Support for the Organisation as a whole.  This is a challenging but exciting opportunity to design and embed efficient business processes and assist colleagues to improve business practices to maximise efficiency and to help take this established Membership Services Organisation to the next level.

Reporting to the CEO and Board you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Business, including the financial and operational management of business support functions.  The job holder will be key in ensuring highly effective operational support to the Management Team and colleagues.
