About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of strong marcomms campaigns and content creation that help meet programme targets, raise the profile of our work and drive increased targeted engagement with our programmes and services.
Your main focus will be on programmes to engage our schools audiences, including teachers, careers leaders and young people. You will also drive engagement with organisations that run STEM outreach activities to help make all schools outreach more impactful.
In your role you will manage recruitment campaigns and marcomms for EUK Education (our schools-facing brand) and associated programmes such as Big Bang. You will also manage social channels, web editing and some design elements, as well as supporting on wider marketing communications to our corporate audiences.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and will involve frequent / may involve some travel in the UK (amend as required).We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and the option for a flexible start and end to the working day in our vibrant central London office overlooking the Thames. About the role
We’re looking for a senior manager, brand marketing to join our team at an exciting time of growth for Breast Cancer Now. As part of our new 2025-2030 organizational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer. To achieve this, we’ve secured significant investment in our brand marketing program and this role will play a key role in making those ambitions a reality.
The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program. This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners. This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.
The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
About you
This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires a passion for and proven expertise in managing a brand marketing programme, including delivering multi-channel campaigns.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the charity, and with external agencies to support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns. As such, you'll possess strong communication skills and be adept at building positive working relationships with people at all levels. This role is central to positioning CSC as the leading small-to-medium-sized science

We are seeking an experienced communications lead to join our external engagement team and play a key role in shaping Martingale’s external profile and scholar recruitment.
As Communications Manager, you will lead on several critical aspects of Martingale’s work including all external communications from social media to PR, and brand management. Crucially, you will lead on the annual recruitment campaign for Martingale’s Postgraduate Scholarships. About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Legacy Partnership Manager to lead the development and delivery of our legacy marketing and engagement programme.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the three partner charities to grow awareness and understanding of legacy giving, build meaningful relationships with supporters, and help ensure a sustainable future for our services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a new, collaborative legacy initiative that can make a real and lasting difference in the lives of older people across the region.
About you
You’ll be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident in engaging with a wide range of people, from long-term supporters and volunteers to legal professionals and community partners.
You’ll bring a proactive, strategic approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through from concept to completion.
We’re looking for someone who can combine empathy and sensitivity with creativity and ambition.
Qualifications & Knowledge
· Understanding of legacy fundraising and individual giving principles
Knowledge of fundraising regulations and GDPR compliance in relation to donor communications
· Understanding of marketing, fundraising, or a related field
· Knowledge of the charity and voluntary sector
Experience
· Proven track record of delivering successful projects or campaigns
· Experience in donor stewardship and supporter engagement
· Experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns. You will need to be confident and highly experienced using social media and digital platforms to connect with audiences, tell powerful stories, and grow awareness of legacy giving in creative and authentic ways.
· Experience working with external partners, agencies, or suppliers
· Experience within a charity environment is preferred but not essential
· Experience in developing annual plans or strategies to grow income
· Experience within a legal setting is desired but not essential
Skills & Abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey messages with sensitivity and clarity
· Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and adapt tactics
· Confident using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
· Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with supporters, colleagues, and external partners
· Sound copywriting and proofreading skills
Other
· Travel to all three areas/locations, having your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence, along with the ability to gain business insurance, is essential
· Flexible approach to meet the needs of the project
· You will report on an operational day-to-day basis to the Corporate Partnership Manager
· You will also maintain a reporting line to the Chief Operating Officers, within Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland, Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire & Age UK Northamptonshire.

Salary : £33,000 per annum

Location: You will be required to cover Leicester & Leicestershire, Coventry & Warwickshire & Northamptonshire. Being a resident within these regions is highly preferred to enable easy travel, build strong local relationships, and fully engage with the communities we support.
