Job Title: People Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £20,500 per annum, with progression to £21,250 per annum
Pay award pending
Location: Sunderland, hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week onsite

About the role
The role of People Administrator will play a critical role in providing exceptional and professional support to our team, with a focus on supporting the Recruitment Team.
You will be responsible for:
* Posting Job Adverts on various job boards
* Arranging interviews
* Issuing offer letters and contracts to successful candidates
* Carrying out screening and onboarding activities to BPSS standard
* Ensure data is processed and maintained in accordance with Information Governance guidelines.
* Management and distribution of first line queries from Recruitment Inbox, enquiries and workflows.

As a member of our team, you will demonstrate MHM's values at all times and be seen as a role model. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to enable them to deliver their role.
You will be passionate about people, be inquisitive and curious, have great IT skills and have the energy to learn new skills. Experience of working within a HR or Recruitment department is advantageous but not necessarily essential.
This is a fast pace, ever changing role which requires tenacity and resilience. You will be able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
