We're recruiting a Social Challenges Officer to join Mind's Digital and Experiential Teamm within Mass Engagement Fundriasing. The team drives fundraising through a number of products, such as Social Challenges, Stream for Mind and our new Mind Walk and forms part of a wider Mass Engagament Team which is responsible for raising more than £23million. This role supports delivery of our succesful and growing Social Challenges activity with responsibility for driving a diverse and successful portfolio, recruiting thousands of fundraisers and supporting them to exceed their fundraising goals.

Key duties and responsibilities

Join Mind's fundraising team to drive engagement and income through online fundraising challenges. You'll deliver outstanding supporter experiences, helping participants feel motivated, supported and inspired throughout their fundraising journey while contributing to sustainable income growth



The post holder will:

-Manage and deliver social challenge fundraising activities, ensuring income and engagement targets are met or exceeded

-Develop and optimise supporter journeys, creating personalised and insight-led communications that increase fundraising performance and drive supporter loyalty

-Provide exceptional supporter stewardship and customer care across a range of digital and offline channels

-Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and income

-Support the planning and delivery of fundraising projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within agreed objectives and to a high standard

-Collaborate with internal teams, including Supporter Care and Data teams, as well as external partners and suppliers, to deliver successful campaigns and supporter experiences

-Ensure fundraising activities are compliant with relevant fundraising regulations, safeguarding requirements and data protection legislation

-Contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative working culture that reflects Mind's values and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion

Ideal candidateYou'll have experience in fundraising or income generation, strong project management and communication skills, a data-driven approach to decision making, and knowledge of Meta fundraising products such as Social Challenges and Celebration Fundraising.

This role is based on a hybrid working arrangement with two days per week in Stratford.

A DBS check will also be required for this role.
