Head of Finance
We are seeking a Head of Finance to join a global team, playing a key role in the charity’s mission to end human trafficking and modern slavery.

About the role:
As Head of Finance, you will lead on all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across the charity’s global operations. This includes preparing consolidated financial reports, overseeing audits, and supporting leadership with expert financial analysis to inform decision-making. You will also manage outsourced finance services and any internal finance staff, ensuring best-practice processes are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management and Reporting. Production of consolidated monthly management information
- Global budgeting, consolidation and forecasting/reforecasting.
- Regular financial analysis and creation of tools as required to support strategic decision-making.
- Management of the UK operational accounting function aligned to industry best-practice and enabling efficient running of finance operations.

Role Summary
How this role fits into the vision and objectives of Causeway
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety and Facilities Manager to join the Causeway team. This person will be key in helping us to provide the safe and secure environments for the whole of Causeway. The role involves oversight of all Causeway facilities and ensuring Health & Safety practices are implemented and followed.
Responsibilities
• To work with accredited Health and Safety consultants to manage the health and safety and its implementation across Causeway properties and offices to ensure the welfare of staff, volunteers and service users.
• Line management of the Maintenance Coordinator and Facilities Administrator.
• To oversee the maintenance coordinators responsibility for planned and unplanned maintenance of properties, and their undertaking and/managing necessary works including repairs and improvements.
• To develop and maintain a planned approach to property maintenance and management that ensures standards are upheld.
• To liaise with and arrange work with landlords, where the necessary work being undertaken falls within their contractual obligations.
• To oversee internal health and safety and maintenance recording systems for all properties and to ensure all necessary works are actioned in a timely manner, working with the maintenance coordinator.
• To source suitable properties (accommodation or offices) to lease/rent when required ensuring they comply with contract stipulations and take a role in facilitating office/accommodation moves.
• To prepare and submit planning or HMO applications where necessary for change of use and/or refurbishment of properties.
• To set up and streamline maintenance contracts (e.g. gas/electricity/water/broadband etc), and to monitor and cap utility usage across properties (where needed and reasonable).
• To carry out and review health and safety assessments of the following aspects: (or to discharge the responsibility of these assessments when required)
- Accommodations and offices on a frequent basis to ensure properties are being maintained and run in accordance with sector and statutory guidelines.
- Organisation wide risk assessments, such as DSE, contractor activities.

You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for identifying relevant data or trends from our web scraping partners, our own data warehouse (TA Hub), and other intelligence sources that can be used in investigation and ultimately utilised by our commercial partners and law enforcement agencies.
Human traffickers leave traces in the recruitment of victims, the exploitation of those victims in supply chains, and in the flow of money. This role will focus on the latter two areas, using data to identify opportunities to disrupt criminal money flows, and assess human trafficking risks in supply chains. Our intelligence products facilitate partner organisations to act in terms of proactively mitigating risk, safeguarding, asset freezing, and ultimately prosecution of offenders.
This role will have a particular focus on understanding supply chains and using intelligence to understand how traffickers infiltrate legitimate businesses. Understanding how human trafficking and modern slavery fits into a wider narrative on human rights will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Analysing and improving human trafficking data collection, visualisation, and dissemination.
· Assisting with the analysis of gathered intelligence, transforming data into actionable insights, and strategic recommendations for businesses, as well as banks.
· Collaborating with global businesses to assess their human rights risk, from a human trafficking perspective, and deliver intelligence-led advice and expertise.
· Collaborating with financial institutions, investigating the relationships between illicit transactions and human trafficking to enhance the possibility of prosecution.
· Working closely with our Prevention Team to support the development of highly relevant, specific campaign content that reaches vulnerable, at-risk communities on the ground with safety information to avoid harm/exploitation.

Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to survivors of collective violence*, internationally. About the Role
We are now recruiting for a dedicated Through-the-Gate Project Worker to join our Criminal Justice and Detention Services team. This role will provide specialist support to migrant women being released from prison or detention into the London area and beyond.
The Through-the-Gate Project Worker will act as the main point of contact for referrals for women being released from prison or immigration removal centres. The role will involve managing a caseload of up to 15 migrant women who are in contact with the criminal justice system and / or under immigration restrictions, helping them to prepare for release and supporting them to resettle in the community afterwards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with statutory, partner and other voluntary organisations to maximise provision of support for women being released from prison/detention. The post-holder will also work as part of Hibiscus’ Safe Homes for Migrant Women project team, to improve provision of safe and secure housing for Black and minoritised migrant women.

About You

Established in 2014, the National Counter Trafficking Centre runs several programmes across England and Wales. One of these is the Independent Child Trafficking Guardianship Service (ICTG) as outlined in Section 48 of The Modern Slavery Act 2015.

What are the responsibilities of the Support Worker - Independent Child Trafficking Guardianship Service:
Support for Children:
Independent Child Trafficking Guardians support children who have experienced trafficking and exploitation, working alongside other professionals to ensure that children receive appropriate support in line with their needs.
Within this role you will:
- To work as part of the team, to act as the initial point of contact for all general enquiries and referrals into the service.
- To ensure referrals made into the service, are recorded accurately and electronic files are opened and completed with relevant information.
- To support the Guardianship Assessment team in gathering the child's key information, by liaising with external partners, such as Social Workers, Police, Foster Carer.
- To maintain up to date and accurate recordings on the children's electronic files.
National Work:
- To provide oversight and monitor various communications methods used within the team and service. For example, emails boxes, phone system, online enquiries, etc.
- Collation of resources such as leaflets, reports, worksheets – ensuring all identified useful resources are stored / catalogued on electronic systems.
- Where appropriate contribute to national awareness raising sessions
- Contribute to national development work via workstreams within the National Centre
