Job description

You will be working within our award-winning CEDEAS (Centre of Excellence for Debt and Economic Abuse Services) for Victims of Domestic Abuse, providing dedicated one-off support and guidance to victim-survivors of domestic abuse calling our Helpline service.  You will be part of a team providing a safe space for callers to discuss their financial situation, prioritise issues and help them move forward with economic safety.
