Job Title: Supported Housing Manager
Location: West London/Hybrid (1 day a week)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (9am - 5pm)
Salary: £36k +
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Role overview:
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Support Team under the direction of the Support Services Manager. You will play a key role in delivering and developing support services, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the team in delivering customer-focused services, including developing support plans, risk assessments, and move-on plans
- Promote and encourage independence for veterans, keeping their needs at the heart of service delivery
- Motivate and inspire staff to deliver excellent outcomes and support their continuous development and improvement
- Engage proactively with tenants, especially those who may be difficult to engage
