About You:
You will have experience of training and presenting as well as supporting Face to Face campaigns ideally within a third sector fundraising role. Key to this role will be the ability to build, manage and develop relationships.
Additionally, you’ll be able to run analysis and have experience using Dynamics 365, Raisers Edge or a similar database.
About The Role
- Provide continual training and compliance monitoring support to our Face to Face partners in the execution of all door, private Sites and events fundraising, this includes leading on developing new opportunities in conjunction with St John events.
- Oversee and collaboratively work with our Telephone Fundraising partners on their training and compliance of all deliverables such as welcome calls, upgrades, reactivations and other fundraising campaigns – includes caller listening
- Oversee regular audits of agents, to monitor against key auditory compliance and performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with our Face to Face partners with training, development and materials, and performance reviews. Monitoring various forms or training and reviewing inductions in line with our agreed contract.
- Build a strong knowledge of all areas of St John Ambulance’s work, carrying out continual research and gathering information, case studies and photos for use in training booklets, scripts and materials. Where appropriate, to liaise with external agencies such as designers and copywriters.

The Role
Working alongside the existing Community Fundraiser in London, this role will engage with the Dioceses in Westminster, Brentford & East Anglia to establish and strengthen links to individual bishops and diocesan communications staff. Attend parishes to deliver weekend fundraising appeals as well as giving talks and presentations to parish groups. Developing strong links for the organisation with educational and pastoral networks in Schools, Colleges and Universities in order to build relationships and support them in delivering the organisation's Schools Programme and expanding the take up of the programme, increasing school engagement and delivering assemblies in person and virtually.

This post reports to the Head of Community Outreach in support of objectives set out in the organisation's overall 10-year plan. The post will focus on agreed aspects of the fundraising and marketing strategy which contributes to the overall aim of providing more Aid to the Church in Need. Work will be carried out across parishes, schools and our broader benefactor base in the area to which the post holder is appointed.

The Role
As a Project Lead for the ASB team you will be:
- Managing a small team of ASB caseworkers including performance management, monitoring and support
- Responsible for allocating cases within the team and analysing statistics and data in order to monitor daily caseloads against resources and look for trends/ pattern of behaviour
- Working with the Operations Manager to ensure delivery of the business plan and associated outcomes
- Responsible for capturing data and information to ensure the work of the team is outcome based and evidenced
- The subject matter expert for ASB within the service
- With key partners, developing mechanisms for identifying and referring those affected by ongoing and persistent ASB incidents and crimes, including those not engaged in criminal or civil law processes
- Completing DSO training to prioritise the safety of service users and ensure compliance with safeguarding policy
- Leading on delivery of training to local agencies, organisations and bodies to represent the service and increase knowledge and understanding of issues related to the ASB
- Contributing to and attending monitoring meetings with funders/commissioners and providing reporting when required
- Playing a lead role in developing VS’s ASB work at both local and national levels
- When the service requires, holding a small caseload providing high quality support to service users in line with VS policies and operating procedures.
The role is home-based within Devon and Cornwall and therefore is open to applicants who both live in this area and have access to an appropriately confidential space in which to work. Regular travel within working hours will be expected across Devon and Cornwall to fulfil the role and travel expenses are paid. Core service hours are between 9am – 5pm, with the expectation to flex to need where required, managed within flexible working arrangements.

EduSpots is an innovative, dynamic, and community-driven UK and Ghanaian registered charity which connects, trains, and equips voluntary community educators to drive community-led change through education spaces named ‘Spots’. Our vision is of our world where communities unite to create the futures they want to see, through education.

About this role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic fundraising professional, with a proven track record of income generation and a strong ability to develop impactful relationships with the skills to bring aligned individuals and organisations into our long-term EduSpots community. The post holder will be creative, passionate and self-motivated, with strong marketing and communications skills, able to design and implement strategic fundraising approaches.
In this role, you will take on responsibility for identifying, creating and delivering impactful fundraising strategies that enable us to generate further relationships and income in support of our programmes.
You will oversee the development of our individual giving and monthly giving strategies and further develop relationships with schools, corporate organisations and NGOs, with a focus on resource acquisition (e.g. books, electronic devices) alongside fundraising. You will also play a supportive role in events and campaigns, and work closely with our Head of Communications to ensure our marketing and communications strategy is integrated with our fundraising aims. Currently, we already have a trusts and foundations manager, but would welcome applicants with experience of trust fundraising.

We have an exciting opportunity arising to work in our friendly Finance Team, supporting NCT with our mission to support parents to have the best possible experience of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant with an interest in charity finance. You will be a highly organised individual who is used to working to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
You will play a key role in accurately recording and reconciling some of NCT’s key income streams.
About the role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for administering the Charity sales ledger and supporting both our membership and volunteering communities in their financial management. The key responsibilities include:
· Administration of the Charity Sales ledger including credit control;
· All Direct Debit processing for the collection of membership and course income;
· Supporting our 135 active fundraising branches in their transaction processing;
· Completing the monthly Gift Aid claim and other key balance sheet reconciliations.
We are recruiting for someone with the following:
- Experience of working in a finance role and maintaining financial records including preparing journals and balance sheet reconciliations;
- Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a problem-solving mindset;
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a variety of audiences;
- Ability to use own initiative, and comfortable working independently, and remotely;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
This position will be home-based so applicants can be located anywhere in the UK. We have a vacancy for 21 hours per week. These hours should be spread across at least 4 weekdays. We are opening our first Youth Hub in Middlesbrough this summer. It is our intention to deliver open access youth services with a particular focus around food education, employment and food aid, by creating a training kitchen and cafe.

What will you be doing?
Ahead of the KFC Youth Foundation Hub opening you will be feet on the ground in Middlesbrough during the development of the Youth Hub to opening, supporting with the recruitment of youth workers and hub employees, engaging and recruiting young people and co-designing opening programming and the opening of the hub.
Service Delivery & Partnership
- Responsible for the management and preparation(s) of programme delivery - play and youth work and early help provision onsite, that meets the needs of children, young people and families including through direct and partnership delivery with third sector providers.
- Develop and maintain the support needed for a varied 7-day programme of term-time and holiday youth provision (open access and targeted); inclusive of sports, arts, cultural and recreational activity that promotes the development of physical and emotional well-being
- You will have a local knowledge and be able to develop a meaningful dialogue with children, young people and families, with the purpose of assessing their needs and creating services to meet them.
- Establish an inclusive culture within the youth hub; where all are welcome and supported to participate, and where respect, honesty, and trust enables children and young people to thrive.
- Develop initiatives and partnerships to build strong links with the local community and support the growth of positive perceptions of children, young people and their families.
- Implementing methods for observable or measurable indicators of success.
- Organise regular outreach to facilitate the involvement of children, young people from across the ward and borough; targeting those who have had little contact with services and may be hard to engage.
- Work with other key agencies to manage risk.
Leadership
- Ensure all staff are aware of practice standards, expectations and timescales, and establishing a culture of responsibility and accountability building trust, good morale and teamwork.
- Manage service area delivery in a manner that promotes equality of opportunity and collaborative working; ensuring that all youth workers and hub employees are aware of the requirement to deliver non-discriminatory services and to promote greater equity for disadvantaged groups.
- Consistently promote and apply the KFCYF policies and standards in managing employee sickness absence, unsatisfactory performance, conduct, discipline, and grievances, and customer complaints according to the Foundation’s policies.
- Support the recruitment and induction of staff and carrying out regular supervision and annual performance appraisals for line reports.
- Take responsibility for staff timetables, rotas, and annual leave; arranging and authorising any necessary staff cover that may be required.
- Take authority for expenditure for events and activities within established KFCYF financial processes and accounting for all budget spending as required.
- Ensure that KFCYF policy and procedures for health and safety are adhered to and that all equipment is maintained, taking action as necessary to ensure compliance.
- Ensure risk assessments are carried out for the premises, activities and services and updated as and when necessary.
- Ensure regular health and safety audits are carried out and that any areas of non-compliance are quickly rectified.
Administration
- Oversee the keeping of accurate and up to date records of attendance data and other management information as required.
- Maintain records of interventions; keeping files current, well organised, and able to provide concise and accurate information for the Foundation on outcomes achieved.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports for the review of the Foundation Manager/ Trustees

- Knowledge of accreditation programmes and experience of curriculum development and implementation
- Knowledge and experience of youth participation legislation, strategies and methods
- Experience of safer volunteer recruitment programmes.

- Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of key agencies working with young people, including their statutory responsibilities and the ability to maintain effective communication and working relationships with all partners.
- Ability to initiate and maintain effective communication and working relationships with a relevant range of people and organisations
- Ability to work with children and young people who present challenging behaviour
- Ability to plan and implement programmes for disabled young people and those with SEN
Strategic Thinking and Planning
- Able to demonstrate a track record of strategic planning and the delivery of high-quality customer focused services.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to devise strategies for service delivery and improvement and translate them into realisable plans.

- A proven ability to manage expenditure budget to the standard required by the Foundation, while delivering high quality value for money services.
- Able to manage, support and direct service delivery by members and projects from inception to implementation within budget and within set timescales.
- Financial sustainability – including business development and income generation.
