Job description

0.6 contract, 22.2 hrs. Over 3 days or more.
1 day minimum in office, other days flexible/hybrid.
33 days annual leave
If you have experience of most of these, please apply:
Finance qualification and/or 3 years experience and/or working towards qualification (we can help with study costs)
Quickbooks skills -enter budgets, create reports, handle credit notes/refunds
Confident using Excel
Month-End jobs -balance sheet rec, BvA, Management accounts
VAT returns, quarterly
Worked in small charity/business -used to wearing multiple hats
SORP -you understand charity accounting rules
Calm Under Pressure: You can stay focused and meet deadlines, even when things get busy.
Great Communicator: You’re good with people and can communicate clearly in writing and in person.
Self-Motivated: You take initiative, work well independently, and don’t need constant supervision.
Service-Oriented: You genuinely want to do a great job and help others.
Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and make sure tasks are completed accurately.
Willing to Learn: You’re open to training and developing your skills further.
