Job description

Help older Londoners stay connected, active and inspired through learning. Join Open Age and play a key role in delivering life-changing courses, activities and community opportunities across our centres.

At Open Age, we believe later life should be full of possibility. As our Centre & Learning Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant community, supporting the delivery of a diverse adult learning programme that helps older people develop new skills, build confidence, improve wellbeing and form lasting social connections.

This is a varied and rewarding role combining learning coordination, administration and front-line member support. You'll work closely with learners, tutors, volunteers and colleagues to ensure courses run smoothly, records are maintained accurately and every visitor receives a warm welcome. From coordinating enrolments and supporting tutors to helping members access wider services and opportunities, you'll make a real difference every day.

We're looking for someone organised, personable and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for lifelong learning. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and want to contribute to a charity that supports thousands of older Londoners each year, we'd love to hear from you.
