The Community Organiser for Local Activism is responsible for enabling, connecting, and empowering more communities throughout the UK to use their skills, connections, knowledge, and passion to organise and campaign together for positive human rights change.

Intelligence Manager

STOP THE TRAFFIK disrupts the criminal business of human trafficking. We are prevention-focused and intelligence-led. As such, our Intelligence Team plays a central role in developing our prevention programs and delivering actionable insights to our global network of partners. This role is critical in enhancing both the quality and quantity of our intelligence output, while continuing to innovate our products to maximize impact.
As an Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic gathering, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence as part of our ‘Exploitation Analytics’ service. We work with a number of global organisations including financial service institutions, global technology platforms, telecoms, and the food & beverage industry who rely on our reporting to safeguard their operations against exploitation and identify bad actors. Additionally, this role will support our Prevention Team to develop high quality campaigns that reach vulnerable people on the ground. Your leadership will ensure STOP THE TRAFFIK remains at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge information/Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
· Intelligence Gathering: Oversee the collection of industry, technological, and competitive intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and relevance and to a high standard of research.
· Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of gathered intelligence, transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
· Innovation and Improvement: Continually assess and improve our intelligence, methods, and analysis, incorporating new technologies and data sources to enhance our impact.
· Collaboration with Prevention Team: Work closely with our Prevention Team to support the development of highly relevant, specific campaigns that reach vulnerable, at-risk communities on the ground with safety information to avoid harm/exploitation.
· Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all intelligence-related matters, communicating complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. The successful postholder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients.

You will lead in developing systems to optimise fundraising and communications performance, providing expert guidance and strategic input, guided by market trends that will maximise engagement. This role will also provide management support to the Data and Payments Officer.
To be successful in the role of Senior Data and Insights Manager, you will need:
- Solid experience with data-handling tools, including client databases and analytics, such as Power BI, SQL and statistical tools like R or SPSS.
- Ability to manage complex data management systems, incorporating multiple platforms.
- Experience in providing accurate KPIs reporting.
- Proven experience of use of CRM and SRM systems in a charity environment generating £5 million per annum plus.
- Ability to advise on potential improvements to segmentation, selections and testing opportunities. Experience in implementing real-world data testing strategies across multiple channels.

Our partner, an international human rights organisation, is seeking a Project Administrator; this is a newly created position and will be key in terms of supporting the smooth planning and running of various aspects of the projects and organisation overall. How this role fits into the vision and objectives of Causeway
This is an exciting role that requires high levels of competence in administration, communication and collaboration. The role is to provide personal administrative support to the CEO and SLT and be the first point of contact for external enquiries to the Charity; Helping to maintain high service standards, contractual obligations and to aid effective communication throughout the charity. The role covers a broad range of activities across all areas of Causeway. To be successful in this role, you should be well organised, have great time management skills and be able to act under your own initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
- Assist the CEO in collation and submission of their expense claims.
- Conduct research as required to prepare the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for key meetings ensuring they are adequately briefed.
- Co-ordinate and arrange the fortnightly Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings and any additional SMT meetings that may be required.
- Co-ordinate and arrange the Board of Trustees annual meeting schedule.
- Co-ordinate and arrange Board Subcommittee meetings and any exceptional meetings that may need to be called for governance purposes.
- Provide minute taking and administrative support to Senior Management Team meetings

- Review and process any Trustee expenses incurred due to meeting and event attendance.

- Support the COO in the monitoring and evaluation of service information, through the collation of quarterly data across all departments.
- Support the COO in the wider service improvement agenda through the production of project management templates and data monitoring.
- Where necessary, provide administrative support to the SLT in the gathering of case studies or data for the purpose of report production for external stakeholders such as commissioning bodies.
- Support the SLT in working groups/service projects through administrative support and action logging within project meetings.
- Any other duties that are commensurate with the role.
