Physical Activity Delivery Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for someone to lead our integrated programme to deliver our ambitions for physical activity. You’ll maximise our ability to build our community of support and engage with and meet the needs of diverse communities and new audiences and partners.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of physical activity and support the strategic aims of Get Active, Stay Active to inspire, motivate and engage the Parkinson’s community
- Build effective relationships with the delivery partners, including National Governing Bodies and other charities, to support people with Parkinson’s to become and stay active
- Manage the development of our work with healthcare professionals, especially to support more information about physical activity at point of diagnosis
- Manage the programme of work to provide more training and support for activity providers
- Manage the programme of work to provide a suite of resources for the collective community
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable experience of leading and managing the successful delivery of complex strategies
- Demonstrable experience of effective monitoring, refining and reporting for a multiple project strategy
- Line management experience of a remote team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with, influence and enthuse a wide range of stakeholders and the Parkinson’s community
- Proven experience of developing sustainable partnerships that deliver measurable impact
- Experience of working effectively with healthcare professionals and activity providers
