Service Charge Specialist | Hybrid | Westminster Bridge Road

Ready to put your service charge expertise to work where it really matters? At Peabody, you'll help ensure residents receive accurate, transparent service charges while delivering a great customer experience.

You'll manage service charge budgets and reconciliations, investigate queries, analyse costs, and work closely with teams across the business to make sure charges reflect the services delivered.

We're looking for:

• Experience managing service charges, budgets and reconciliations
• Knowledge of service charge accounting and relevant legislation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• CIH or IRPM qualification (desirable)
