The hours available to work are 22.5 a week. The full-time salary is £24,502 pro-rata salary of £14,701.20 for 22.5 hours.
The successful candidate will be required to work core hours but there is flexibility on the days which can be discussed at interview stage.

About the role - Your main duties will include:
- To work with the Head of EDI to deliver the organisations EDI objectives.
- To work in partnership with Dimensions business support teams to ensure information, processes, systems etc. are as accessible and inclusive as possible for all colleagues
- To engage and participate in external EDI related network groups to develop our knowledge and understanding
- To support individuals, managers and the HR team with the internal reasonable adjustment process.

Leading on Policy and Campaign development of the charity’s policy, your role will be to put forward evidence-based policy recommendations and campaigns and working with the people we support to influence change ensuring that the voice of the people we support is heard and acted on by key decision makers.
Acting as the spokesperson for the Together Trust and the people it supports on policy issues you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and developing the Together Trust’s policy and campaigns strategy in line with the Trust’s strategic long-term plan.
- Leading on the development of policy priorities with staff and the people we support. Working with them to develop a Theory of Change for the Together Trust. Working directly with the Trust Directors, Trustees and external agencies.
- Representing the Together Trust at meetings with MPs, Councillors, parliamentary groups, select committees to help drive forward Together Trust’s policy and campaigns work.
- Improving the Together Trust’s visibility in UK Parliament by attending sessions, submitting evidence and nurturing networks.
- Reporting on policy, campaigns and participation activities to the Supporting People sub-group, providing updates on activity and progress against key milestones.
- This role has line management responsibilities.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- An undergraduate degree qualification (Level 6 or equivalent), preferably in a relevant discipline with a good understanding of the UK political environment, local and national government structures and decision-making.
- Line management experience supporting team members to achieve their KPIs.
- Experience of using different campaign tactics including recruitment actions and support journeys.
- Experience of speaking at events or representing an organisation in a professional setting.

The role
Reporting to the Senior Analyst and collaborating closely with our Public Affairs, Policy and Campaigns Consultant, you will help to ensure that FareShare has a robust impact and evaluation framework and deliver research projects that are able to clearly articulate and demonstrate the social and environmental outcomes of its work.
This role is central to an evidence-based culture and embedding evaluation into service development and delivery across our service. You will help shape the future of the charity by working with colleagues across FareShare, ensuring that impact and evaluation insights are used to drive service improvement and innovation. You will be supporting qualitative and quantitative research projects across key stakeholders and provide insight for our Marketing and Public Affairs work.
You will ensure that all outputs are brought to life and communicated across both internal and external communications channels to deliver compelling narratives which highlight the social and environmental impact of FareShare’s work. Ultimately, helping to deliver more food to FareShare’s charity beneficiaries.
This is an exciting time to join FareShare as it has gone through tremendous growth and change. This role is critical in evidencing FareShare impact, through designing, developing, and implementing organisational wide monitoring, evaluation and learning initiatives. It also presents a unique opportunity to combine both social and environmental impact measurements.

- Collaborating cross-departmentally with marketing, public affairs, fundraising, FareShare’s ESG manager and with FareShare’s network of Regional Partners to design and implement impact measurement tools and engagingly communicate these
- To support the development and implementation of evaluation projects that will help FareShare in getting a better understanding of its’ community; their needs; and how to maximize the social value of its’ work, including FareShare’s Annual Impact Survey
- Helping in producing briefs and coordinating external evaluation project, including engaging with academia, managing relationship with universities and supporting research into the gap between waste and surplus related to health, such as FareShare’s Social Return on Investment research
- Producing high quality impact reports for internal and external stakeholders, including FareShare’s Annual Impact and Annual Report
- Analysing survey data, paired with research of wider context
- Summarise and disseminate complex information in a simple, accessible way to develop consistent sources of truth and share key information organisation wide
- Helping to improve Impact & Evaluation practices across FareShare, with a focus around environmental outcomes/impact to measure environmental impact in line with FareShare’s Theory of Change outcomes
Essential Criteria: These are things we really need you to have to succeed in this role. If you meet these criteria, we’d really like to hear from you.
1. 1-3 years’ experience of a similar role or working on Impact & Evaluation and research projects
2. In-depth knowledge and experience of impact measurement and evaluation methods, tools and techniques, such Theory of Change, logic models, quantitative and qualitative analysis, using evaluation frameworks
3. Experience analysing, interpreting and presenting internal data and contextual research into engaging insights for a variety of audiences
4. Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills, such as report writing, stakeholder engagement, generating impact reports, presentations
5. Experience with project management and collaborating cross-departmentally to drive evaluation or research, such as co-designing impact measurement tools, conducting surveys, leading working groups

Location: The successful candidate will be contracted to the Bradford office but will be expected to be in the field up to 50% of the time across the West Yorkshire region.
Salary: The spot salary for this post is £45,148 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Are you ready to use your experience of refurbishments and managing budgets to make moments that matter for their customers? As our client’s Project Manager (Planned Works), you’ll be responsible for the delivery of planned works for our homes across the West Yorkshire region.
As their Project Manager (Planned Works), you’ll use your budget management and forecasting skills to ensure planned works such as kitchen/bathroom refurbishments meet their statutory obligations whilst also having the autonomy to use your knowledge of their homes to make changes and prioritise works that will make a difference to their customers across the region. We connect, support and amplify the voices and work of our membership and work towards the redistribution of power and resource in mental health.

NSUN takes a critical, political and rights-based approach to policy work at, centering social justice, anti-oppression, and the social and material determinants of distress and trauma. The Policy Manager will play a key role in creating collaborative spaces with members and partners to build momentum and sustainability for lived experience-led mental health policy and campaigns work.
