We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as the Digital Outreach Coordinator. This will be a vital role in the next phase of our development. Reporting to the Missions Lead, you will develop and implement effective, digital outreach solutions that enable Urban Saints to give young people the opportunity to encounter Jesus. Coordinating the creation of relevant content and training, you will equip and support volunteers nationally to reach and engage young people in a digital environment.
As the key individual who will spearhead digital outreach, this is a critical role within Urban Saints. We are looking for someone who both understands and is passionate about the opportunities provided by digital technology for mission. A strong candidate will be 'hands on' and enthusiastic about developing digital outreach to equip young people to make a positive impact in their communities. The role will also require good collaborative and networking skills. An excellent Digital Outreach Coordinator will have a 'can-do' innovative attitude, pioneering new and exciting digital approaches to establish the most effective methods to achieve Urban Saints' mission and amplify its impact.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Midlands community engagement team to support our exciting work with communities at risk of flooding in Shropshire, the Welsh Borders and other areas of the Midlands.

Location: Home-based, as part of the Midlands team, however, regular national travel will be required as part of this role including evening meetings with communities, training days or other work-related activities.

The Role
Reporting to a Community Engagement Manager, the Flood Engagement Officer will work with colleagues across the area to deliver against engagement activity.
Key responsibilities will include:

About You
You will be:
· Able to empathise with those at risk of flooding
· Able to prioritise and focus to increase impact and reach.
· Willing to travel extensively including evenings and occasional overnight stays.
· Flexible and organised.
· A team player with a solution focused mindset. Candidates must have a full driving licence and access to a car.
This role requires extensive travel across Shropshire and the Welsh Borders to visit communities and our professional partners and will require regular travel outside of the locality for away days, meetings and training.
To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

We are looking to appoint a Programme Project Lead who will be responsible for the day to day development and management of the Kentown Children’s Palliative Care Programme.
Reporting to the Director of Care and based at our Kentown Care Team office in Lancaster, you will work in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, specifically Together for Short Lives to lead the project and to raise awareness of the programme and of children’s palliative care.
You will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality family support service, managing the Kentown Family Support Team and will be a member of the Rainbow Trust Care Managers group, contributing to service development across the wider organisation and providing management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues.
Having worked within the community, you have a commitment to working in partnership with children, young people and their families, developing, monitoring and delivering service outcomes and building and maintaining successful professional partnerships to ensure the service is accessible to relevant families.
What we’re looking for:
· An experienced child health, education or social care professional - applications will be particularly welcome from those who understand the impact on family dynamics of having a child/young person with a life threatening or terminal illness and those who have worked in bereavement support.
· An experience project manager – you recognise the importance of effective partnership working to successfully lead a project of scale and importance
· A poised and convincing communicator - you will maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including families, referrers, partners and other statutory, private and voluntary agencies.
· Comfortable with a changing environment - you will thrive working at a fast pace and controlling tasks from conception to completion and understand that quickly connecting with people is essential.
· A persuasive, inclusive approach to achieving goals quickly and correctly – with a warm and friendly working style.

The Respect Young People’s Service (RYPS) provides high quality, training, consultation and support for practitioners working with young people who harm. They create innovative, evidence based intervention to promote behaviour change and reduce the risk of harm. There are 2 main branches of the work: young people who harm parents or carers and young people who harm in intimate relationship abuse.
This is an exciting and innovative opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational lead to galvanise the response to CAPVA (Child or adolescent to parent violence or abuse) within the Merseyside area. This is a second tier role which involves coordinating, training and supporting professionals to recognise and respond to CAPVA. The postholder will be engaging with a variety of professionals who work across services dedicated to children and young people including health, education, early help and children’s services.
The aim of the role is to remove the barriers families face in accessing support by ensuring that staff in universal services can recognise and respond to CAPVA. Working to reduce the stigma and shame associated with CAPVA and ensuring that parents can reach out in confidence that they will be listened to and supported.
The role involves mapping and coordinating current CAPVA intervention to identify systemic gaps in provision. The post holder will be responsible for developing and building a delivery plan focusing on identified gaps, building on current provision and providing training in identified areas of need. They will need to bring together the insights of service users, practitioners, specialist organisations and researchers to build solutions.
Extensive CAPVA knowledge is not required as full training will be given. A background of working with young people who harm and training experience is essential as is a non judgemental approach.
