About the role
As Project Officer you will play a central role in the delivery of INTRAC’s consultancy assignments and grant funded projects. To deliver the Development Phase of the Project to a high standard. Blue Marine Foundation is seeking a Programme Manager who will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Convex Seascape Survey and lead relations with the project’s funder. This role may suit someone from a corporate or account management background, preferably local to London or the southeast and willing to travel internationally as needed. The Convex Seascape Survey is two years into a five-year, multi-million-pound pioneering research project working to quantify and understand blue carbon stored in the coastal ocean floor and its potential to help mitigate climate change. Convex Seascape Survey is a partnership between Blue Marine Foundation, Convex Insurance Limited and the University of Exeter, delivered in partnership with a consortium of over sixteen other organisations.
Project management
· Lead the project management process, matched to the project grant agreement, including oversight of project finance and all deliverables.
· Coordination of project partners to ensure activities and deliverables are achieved in keeping with quarterly milestones.
· Relationship management with project partners, serving as a main point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the project’s progress and outcomes.
· Responsible for organising and feeding into Steering Committee meetings, as well as contributing as required to Advisory Group meetings.
· Managing supplier relationships, overseeing contracts and work package delivery.
· Representing the project at relevant conferences and forums or visiting fieldwork sites. International travel will be required at times.
Reporting

Communications
· Present the Project at public conferences and various stakeholder events

The successful applicant will be highly organised, with a rigorous approach to project management. Desired experience includes:
· Successful delivery of multi-million pound, multi-year research programmes or other projects

· Competent and confident public-speaker with the ability to communicate complex subjects to a range of audiences which could include corporate, political and public audiences

We’re recruiting for a new Product Manager to support the 12 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. We are on an exciting journey at RNID as we introduce and embed product & delivery approaches and you will have the drive to help us along that path.
You will play a critical role in the next phase of our website product, developing and owning the roadmap and delivering positive impact for all our audiences. This includes user experience, conversion rate optimisation, technical integrations to internal/external systems and usability & accessibility.

We are seeking a Property & Facilities Manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the properties of Richmond Team Ministry and their facilities. The properties include three churches, their associated church halls, vicarages, Parish Office and investment properties.
We are looking for someone with property and facilities management experience including managing small building projects and related finance and budgeting. S/he needs to be able to work collaboratively as part of a small team and have the ability to take the initiative and develop the role while supporting the ethos of the Richmond Team Ministry.
The position is based in Richmond upon Thames.

Our highest impact projects rely on experts from specialists from a range of disciplines both inside and outside of JRF working together effectively.
The purpose of the Delivery and Partnerships Lead is to enable multidisciplinary project teams to succeed in their objectives by applying the most relevant delivery and project management techniques and frameworks with a solutions-focused approach, alongside providing critical administrative and logistical support to keep projects in their portfolios moving forward.
As a member of our internal resources team, they will also contribute to relevant project teams/work streams set up by the team lead to deliver cross-JRF team events, new initiatives and/or develop, embed, and manage efficient business processes to ensure effective running of the system as a whole.
About you
This role is ideal for someone with strong project and/or delivery management skills and experience, who is passionate about JRF’s mission and committed to contributing to social change.
You will be highly competent at delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously, strong administration skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a team player who can build strong and effective personal relationships across JRF as well as externally.
