Our client is an equality, diversity and inclusion services charity, delivering services across London and the South East which are focused on anyone experiencing issues around sexuality, gender, equality, diversity or identity.

They promote health and wellbeing through transformative services to anyone experiencing issues relating to sexuality, gender, equality, diversity and identity. They also use their unique insight and or diverse heritage to influence decision-makers and effect positive change.

Our client is seeking a Chief Executive who can represent them externally and engage and empower the staff and volunteers, to work towards creating a world where diversity is celebrated, difference is respected and valued, and where optimum health and wellbeing is achievable for everyone. 

Working closely with the Board, this is an opportunity for a highly inclusive and collaborative leader to innovate and deliver change to ensure they deliver highly impactful services for all.

Our client is looking for an individual who will bring;

·       Senior leadership experience within an organisation of similar size and complexity, ideally with a focus on service delivery.

·       A track record of leading successful strategic change

·       Experience of diversifying income streams.

·       An ability to build a culture of support, collaboration and trust.

·       An ability to lead on their continuous journey to becoming an anti-racist organisation.
