Circa £80,000 – £85,000
Remote, with some travel to London
As Chief Executive, you will provide inspiring strategic leadership to Twins Trust, leading the delivery of the current strategy while shaping the organisation's next phase of growth and impact. Working closely with the Board, staff, volunteers, and partners, you will strengthen the charity's financial sustainability, grow membership, diversify income, raise the charity's national profile and ensure it continues to be the trusted voice for families with twins, triplets and more.
We are looking for a leader who brings:

A successful track record of strategic organisational leadership, with the ability to develop strategy, inspire teams and deliver sustainable organisational growth.

An empowering and collaborative leadership style, with experience of coaching and developing high-performing teams within a values-led organisation.

Experience of fundraising, income generation and income diversification, with the strategic mindset to strengthen long-term financial sustainability.

Credibility as an external ambassador, with the ability to build influential relationships across healthcare, government, funders, members and the wider voluntary sector, increasing the organisation's profile and influence.

An understanding of babies, children, parenting, maternal health, early years or closely related sectors, alongside a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for families with twins, triplets and more.
