Director of Finance and IT

Prospectus is delighted to be recruiting for a Director of Finance and IT to join a leading global health organisation. This is a permanent, full time vacancy with the organisation operating a hybrid working policy, remotely and from their London office one day per week.

The Director of Finance and IT will play a key role in the delivery of their ambitious 10-year strategy and provide sound financial stewardship, leading the finance function through a period of change, looking at new financial systems and ways of working, supporting new funding models and ensuring the function is fit for purpose. The post holder will oversee delivery of the IT strategy, strengthen digital maturity, improve operational efficiency, and enable innovation. You will also be responsible for monitoring the organisation’s performance against key performance indicators both locally and within the international network.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, senior level finance and IT professional having previously managing teams and supported an organisation through change and transition. You will be fully accountancy qualified, with excellent senior leadership and strategic experience, having worked successfully with senior stakeholders including a Board of Trustees.
