Donor Development and Legacies Lead

Prospectus is thrilled to be working with our client to help them recruit for a Donor Development and Legacies Lead to join their team. Our client provides life-saving emergency relief and longer-term medical care to some of the most vulnerable and excluded communities around the world. As an independent medical humanitarian organisation, they deliver care based only on need, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or political affiliation.
   
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a salary of £59,739.12 per annum and the postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.
 
The postholder will manage the strategy for the supporter development programme and stewardship for all donors who give under £10,000, meaning the role is responsible for all communications going to warm individual donors. The mid-value programme falls into the donor development programme. This role will also manage legacy marketing strategy.

They are looking for someone with significant experience of fundraising at a strategic level with a proven track record in the planning and management against budget, timescale and deadlines. This must include knowledge about warm direct mail, radio, print campaigns, legacy fundraising and fulfilment. You will also have a good understanding of fundraising audiences and segmentation.
