Fundraising and Engagement Manager

Prospectus is excited to be partnering with the Flint House Police Rehabilitation in the search for a new Fundraising and Engagement Manager to join their collaborative organisation.

Flint House Police Rehabilitation is a charity dedicated to offering rehabilitation services to ill or injured serving and retired police officers suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions. With Flint House being a dedicated space with a range of supporting facilities and set across 20 acres of ancient woodland, they support over 3,000 police officers every year.

As the Fundraising and Engagement Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategy to achieve diversification and growth of income generation. With a strong current network of engaged individual givers, this role will be moving the organisation into new income streams whilst continuing existing individual giving income.

To be successful as the Fundraising and Engagement Manager you will have proven experience in leading fundraising strategy and development. You will also have experience of securing income across a range of income streams, ideally including high value income streams. This person will be confident in working with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver fundraising projects and campaigns, but also happy to led and work autonomously.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working at their offices in Reading. The salary for this role is £55k to £60k.
