Location: Central London, hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Temporary, 3-months
Pay: £19.18 per hour (+ holiday pay) (circa £35,000 salaried equivalent)
Start Date: ASAP
We are delighted to be supporting a leading London-based University in their search for a Giving Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time role, offered on a temporary basis for up to 3-months, with a hybrid working schedule of 2-days per week onsite and the remainder remote.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills and a passion for supporting high-impact fundraising initiatives in a dynamic academic environment.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the Major Giving team, including diary coordination, meeting logistics, and preparation of presentations and materials.
- Managing speaker requests and supporting team engagement activities.
- Maintaining accurate donor records and gift tracking on the CRM system.
- Assisting with income reporting and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Leading on the delivery of the London Breakfast Series and supporting cultivation events in the UK and overseas.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and operational improvements.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases (Raiser’s Edge desirable).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and confidence in managing multiple projects.
- Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
