Location: Hybrid – London Bridge office & remote working

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £33,500 FTE

Prospectus is proud to be supporting an education-focused charity who are seeking a Temporary HR and Operations Officer to support the internal HR processes and operational functions. This is a key role providing day-to-day support across HR administration, office management, payroll coordination, and general operations, helping ensure the smooth running of the organisation. There is an opportunity for this role to be extended for up to 12 months or become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR processes including onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and employee queries
• Liaise with payroll providers and ensure accurate data management
• Assist with recruitment coordination and compliance
• Maintain HR records and support reporting
• Provide general operational support and office management across the organisation (such as ordering office supplies, data entry, etc).
• Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration

About You:

• Previous experience in HR administration or operations, ideally within the charity or education sector
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using relevant systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PayFit, Personio)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
