Individual Giving Manager
Prospectus is excited to be supporting a national children's charity with their search for a home-based Individual Giving Manager.
This organisation runs over 1,000 UK projects that transform the lives of almost 300,000 children and young people every year. They believe they can bring out the best in every child regardless of the issues they face. Their work supports children living in poverty, children that have been sexually exploited, children living with a disability, children living with domestic violence, and young carers who look after an ill parent or relative.
As the Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for taking the lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, working across teams and departments and line management of two. This role focuses on managing the indiviudal giving warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million donated income per year, plus supporting the recruitment and stewardship of donors to achieve the best supporter experience.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in individual giving fundraising and be confident in delivering a range of individual giving campaigns and developing strategies. You will also have previous budget management experience and be confident collaborating with a small team. You will have good knowledge of individual giving trends and be able to use audience insights to make strategic decisions to encourage income growth and donor loyalty.
This a permanent position that can be homebased with occasional travel. It will also offer a salary of £34,925 - £37,420.
