Salary circa £70,000 (FTE)
4 or 5 days a week. Circa 3-6 month contract – start asap
West London/Hybrid. Based at the Charity 4 days a week

Our client is a brilliant, longstanding community-based youth organisation operating in West London. This is a place, proud, of second chances. They support children who struggle to stay in the classroom to continue in their education and work with young people, so that they can still have some level of engagement and support, even if they are on the periphery.

The Board are now looking for an interim CEO to offer leadership to the organisation whilst they recruit a permanent Chief Executive. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the charity and serving as a primary liaison with community members and local organisations.

We are looking for an experienced Interim CEO for this role. The successful candidate will be process driven with strong HR and Operations expertise. You will be an ambassadorial leader who can represent the organisation externally and can manage the complexity of working with front line staff including youth workers.

Experience of employment law, restructuring and safeguarding are also desirable.
