Prospectus is supporting a client seeking an experienced Interim Director of Strategy & Performance to lead a critical programme of organisational performance management improvement, digital transformation, strategic planning and change delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can quickly assess, align and execute across strategy, performance, digital, data and transformation.

Key Deliverables:

• Lead the development and execution of organisational strategy and business planning.
• Lead the organisation-wide performance management process, including monthly performance meetings.
• Accelerate digital transformation and delivery of a major change programme.
• Develop and implement a clear Digital, Data and AI roadmap.
• Establish effective PMO governance, controls and reporting.
• Improve organisational effectiveness through automation, process improvement and data-driven decision making.

We're looking for:

• Proven Director-level leadership across Strategy, Performance, Transformation and Digital.
• Track record of delivering measurable organisational change in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, PMOs and performance functions.
• Able to start immediately and make an impact from day one.
