Major Donor Executive

Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit for a Major Donor Executive. The organisation is the Army's national charity, here for soldiers, past and present, and their families for life.  Last year we supported over 75,000 soldiers, veterans and their families through this work including by funding 86 charities.

This is a permanent role paying a salary of £38,399 per annum. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in Victoria, London.

The Major Donor Executive will play a key role in stewarding relationships with their existing high-net worth supporters, as well as working with key members of staff to develop and grow their existing networks of prospective supporters and maximise the impact of this community in supporting their work. You will design and write compelling, tailored, proposals, applications, and reports to secure high value donations.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraiser who is confident in engaging, working with, and influencing senior and high net worth individuals. They are looking for someone with excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences and contexts.
