Prospectus are delighted to be working with our client are supporting with the recruitment of an Operations Manager (London and South East).

This role is available on a contract until end of March 2027 and on a full-time basis (37 hours a week). The salary for this role is £38,470- £45,258 FTE. This is a hybrid role with regular travel across the service areas, predominately London & the South-East.

Within this role, you will provide operational leadership and support across a portfolio of services within London and the South-East. You will analyse performance, activity and outcome data to identify risks, trends and opportunities, supporting timely decision-making and continuous service improvement. You will lead on the resolution of operational issues, escalations and service delivery challenges. You will lead and implement service improvement projects and operational change initiatives.

You will line manage the Helpline Manager and Programmes of Support Manager. You will support resource planning, workforce deployment and service capacity management to maximise service effectiveness. You will ensure operational systems, processes and ways of working are effective, consistent and compliant. You will support organisational quality improvement, innovation and development activity as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in an operational leadership or management role. You will have experience of managing teams and/or line managing managers. You will have experience in performance monitoring and driving service improvement. You will have experience of managing operational change and implementing new processes. You will have experience of working within commissioned, contracted or publicly funded services. You will have experience of working collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.

Desirably, you will have experience working within health, social care, carers' services, voluntary sector or community services. You will also have experience of quality improvement methodologies and service redesign and supporting organisational change programmes.
