They work in close partnership with other organisations – specifically local health and social care professionals – as well as local people. This community work allows them to influence care so that anyone affected by a life-limiting illness has access to the best possible support when and wherever they need it.
Prospectus are delighted to be supporting with their search for a Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, a permanent role with a salary between £37,707 to £41,607
As Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager, you’ll lead on securing major gifts and high-value corporate partnerships to fund life-changing hospice care. You’ll develop and deliver an ambitious strategy, build new relationships, craft compelling proposals, and provide excellent stewardship to inspire long-term support.
The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record in winning and managing significant partnerships in the charity or commercial sector. The post holder will have strong communication and networking skills, confidence in the full new business journey, and the ability to grow income through creative, strategic fundraising.
