Location: Central London (On site)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Temporary, until December 2026
Pay: £20.51 per hour (+ £2.48 holiday pay) (circa £37,400 salaried equivalent)

We are seeking an organised and proactive Programme Administrator to support the delivery of a portfolio of postgraduate programmes within a prestigious higher education environment. This is a varied administrative role that combines admissions support, student and academic liaison, programme coordination, and assessment administration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants, students, and academic staff. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the day-to-day administration of programmes, manage student records, coordinate communications, and assist with the delivery of key activities throughout the academic cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the graduate admissions process and manage applicant enquiries.
- Coordinate communications with prospective students and offer holders.
- Maintain accurate student records and administrative databases.
- Assist with coursework, assessment, and grading administration.
- Support Programme Managers with the day-to-day running of postgraduate programmes.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and programme materials.
- Liaise with students, academics, and internal stakeholders.
- Support student onboarding, orientation activities, and programme events.
- Monitor attendance information and maintain programme data.
- Provide general administrative support across the department.
About You
- Previous administrative experience within higher education, professional services, membership organisations, or a comparable environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
