Project Manager (CRM)

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association , in the recruitment of their new CRM Project Manager. There are currently 5,000 people living with MND in the UK. The Association focuses on improving access to care, funding research and campaigning to raise awareness for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This position is offered as an 18-month FTC initially and will report to the Head of ICT.

As the CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management and the successful implementation of the Association’s chosen CRM and Data Platforms. You will ensure the project is fully defined, planned, and delivered in line with the defined requirements and business case. You will be responsible for agreeing the scope of work, project schedule and timescales with internal stakeholders and the CRM partner. This will involve chairing discovery sessions and working with a range of teams and stakeholders across the organisation to plan and roll out Dynamics 365. You will be overseeing the performance of the CRM project in line with formal contracts and the agreed scope of work, managing change requests and minimising project creep to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. You will be chairing and coordinating Project Delivery Team meetings and weekly standups to ensure the project progresses as planned, that activity and resource are managed and coordinated appropriately, and ensure that Dynamics is used to its full potential. You will also oversee the migration process from the existing database to Dynamics 365.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong project management and organisational skills, with significant experience of managing complex projects, ideally with a project management qualification such as Prince 2 or Agile Scrum. You will have experience of the successful delivery of at least one complex CRM project, preferably Dynamics 365 and/or related PowerPlatform technologies. You will need experience of working with agile and waterfall project methodologies, together with experience of working with cross functional teams, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to challenge the status quo where needed. Experience of effectively using project management software tools, preferably Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
