Publishing Operations and Project Administrator
Location: Remote
Contract: Temporary, 1 month
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Pay: £20.82 per hour (+ £2.51 holiday pay) (circa £38,000 salaried equivalent)

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, an international health research organisation, in the search for a temporary Publishing Operations and Project Administrator.
This role will be focused on supporting a short-term editorial note publishing project. Specialist editorial experience or health research knowledge is not required, and the opportunity would be particularly suitable for a professional with previous content, publishing, or project experience who wants to utilise and refine their skills within an impactful organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Editorial Notes through established publishing workflows and systems.
- Update and maintain information across multiple platforms and databases.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure each case has been completed accurately.
- Track progress and maintain accurate records across approximately 120 cases.
- Monitor workloads and ensure deadlines are met throughout the project.
- Escalate any exceptions, issues or cases that fall outside standard processes to the Publishing Operations team.
Key Requirements:
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar role (including busienss analyst, project, operational, or publishing and editorial roles) within a charitable, academic, research, or other not-for-profit organisation.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the capability to work both independently and in a team.
