Senior Individual Giving Officer

Prospectus is excited to be partnering with the Help Musicians UK in the search for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join their collaborative fundraising team.  

Help Musicians is a charity for professional musicians of all genres, both in work and in retirement. We help at times of crisis, but also at times of opportunity, giving people the support they need at the crucial stages that could make or break their career.

As the Senior Individual Giving Officer you will work be responsible for shaping and delivering fundraising campaigns to achieve income and growth. Focusing on both acquisition and retention, this role will work across and deliver engaging supporter appeals and ensure excellent supporter stewardship. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and wider team, this role will have great support and development opportunities.

To be successful as the Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will have previous fundraising experience in a similar role within the charity sector. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering and supporting individual giving or marketing campaigns. This person will also need to evidence excellent stewardship capabilities and relationship building skills.

This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices two days per week. The salary for this role is up to £35,000.
