Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end student enrolment process, including admissions-to-enrolment checks, registration, and status changes (e.g., deferrals, interruptions, withdrawals).
- Maintain accurate student records on the student information system (SIS), ensuring data quality, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Process and verify student documentation (e.g., ID, eligibility evidence, funding paperwork), escalating any missing or complex cases appropriately.
- Respond to student, academic, and departmental queries by phone/email, providing clear guidance on registration, timetables, modules, and key deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions, Finance, Student Support, academic departments) to resolve enrolment issues and ensure a smooth student journey.

- Schedule and support registry-related activities such as enrolment events, induction periods, and key points in the academic cycle.
- Ensure processes align with relevant policies and data protection requirements, handling sensitive information with discretion.

- Provide general administrative support to the Registry/Student Services team, including filing, inbox management, and meeting coordination.
Key Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
