Trusts and Foundations Manager

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Trusts and Foundations Manager.

The organisation is a national charity tackling financial insecurity and its structural causes. They support people facing financial hardship to access the resources and opportunities they need to thrive, while working to challenge stigma and change the systems that drive financial insecurity.

This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £47,000 per annum. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.

The Trusts and Foundations Manager will lead the planning process for the Trusts and Foundations Team, ensuring that the strategy supports and meets the goals of the wider organisation’s overall strategic plan. You will facilitate strong relationships with donors and prospects to maximise financial support and determine and execute cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies.

The successful candidate will have experience of securing significant trust and foundation income, a proven ability to devise and deliver effective fundraising strategies, and experience of managing a pipeline of funders. They are looking for someone who is well versed in prospecting and building new relationships within the Trusts and Foundations discipline.
