Salary: £36,399 to £40,433
Full-time and permanent: 35 hours per week
Location: York. Hybrid or remote, depending on the location of the successful applicant (must be based in the UK)
As Trusts and Foundations Manager, you’ll take the lead on this key income stream, identifying new prospects and developing a pipeline of high-value and multi-year funding opportunities. You’ll be responsible for applications and reports, stewarding funder relationships and working with colleagues across the charity to turn their knowledge and evidence into strong funding propositions.
The successful candidate willhave a successful track record in trusts and foundations fundraising, with experience securing five-figure grants and multi-year funding. You’ll be a confident and persuasive writer, comfortable researching funders, developing compelling cases for support and managing multiple deadlines. Just as importantly, you’ll be organised, collaborative and good at building relationships – someone who can bring together people, information and ideas to turn good opportunities into successful bids.
