Events Administrator
We are seeking an organised, dynamic, and flexible administrator to support our extensive events calendar. This includes large assemblies, forums, and training sessions. The post-holder will maintain accurate attendance records on the database and maintain membership details. They will collaborate closely with staff across teams to ensure that all aspects of organising events are covered from the planning to evaluation stage.
The successful candidate will be very IT savvy with high levels of literacy. They will have solid experience of providing effective administrative support to a range of people and functions within an organisation, as well as experience of planning and administering a range of training activities and network meetings. Our staff are expected to have a positive influence on culture and values within the organisation and reflect those positive values externally with stakeholders.

With one of their main focuses being Older People and Housing, they are now searching for an Assistant Housing Manager, to join their London based team, initially on a 15-month maternity cover, fixed term contract.
As an Assistant Housing Manager you will work closely with the Housing Manager to support the delivery of operational efficiency across the Company's six residential sites and services for 206 residents, including leasehold. You will provide excellent customer service to residents and work to ensure that each site is safe, secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. As well as, supporting the development and implementation of new systems and processes, providing guidance on Housing policies and procedures and working closely with the finance team to manage rental income and invoice payment. You will also deputise in the absence of the Housing Manager.
Individuals with a background in property management and knowledge of housing benefits are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in IT and database management is essential, alongside exceptional customer service skills and administration skills.
Please note, this is a full-time role, 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday and you will be required to work on-site at their offices, based in Bank. Occasional visits to the schemes and national travel, may be required. Work from home days will be considered, depending on service need.

As the Emergency Accommodation Service Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall strategy and continuous development of the service, alongside New Hope’s Leadership Team. In this role you will develop strong working relationships with New Hope’s other service managers, strengthen and further the application of the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments.

The Direct Marketing Officer will support the development, management, and optimisation of London’s Air Ambulance Lottery and Regular Giving programs which has phenomenal success via face-to-face fundraising. An exciting opportunity which will see the successful candidate working closely with the Operations Team, paramedics, doctors, and pilots to develop and deliver training to face-to-face fundraisers that brings the work of London’s Air Ambulance to life. The post holder will also work closely with external agency partners, as well as internal stakeholders and various teams within the charity.
The successful candidate will thrive on collaborative work, excel in presenting compelling narratives which inspire other fundraisers to do the same. An analytical mindset is essential, along with the ability to grasp facts and data to manage projects effectively. As the Interim Head of Insight & Analytics, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality insight and the availability of high-quality reporting on all aspects of Greenpeace UK’s engagement, including fundraising, campaigning, and organising. We're excited to partner with one of London's leading universities to seek a temporary Study Abroad and Partnership Officer. In this full-time role (35 hours per week), you'll provide crucial administrative support during a busy period. Initially, the position will run for 2 months with potential for extension.
In this post you will have the opportunity of hybrid working, with a minimum of three days onsite and the rest remote, some flexibility might be required with this, dependant on the requirements at the time. As a Fundraiser, you will be based onsite at various venues and build relationships with the public to raise vital funds through bucket collections to support your assigned charity. You will be supported with full training and equipment for the role and be raising funds through cash and card donations whilst also raising awareness for your assigned charity. With venues across the North West, there are various locations where this role can be based including, Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Leeds and others.
To be successful as a Fundraiser, you will have strong relationship building skills and be motivated to raise funds for meaningful causes. Ideally this person will have either some sales experience or fundraising experience. This could be from personal fundraisers such as gaining sponsorship for a challenge event, bake sales, or any other type of group or self-led fundraiser. This role will need to be available to work some Saturdays and there is daily travel of 30-90 minutes.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will be based in the North West region, dependent on your location. There is a base pay rate of £70 per day, as well as 35% commission on any funds you have raised each day.
