Job description
FLOWS (Finding Legal Options for Women Survivors) is a legal support service delivered in England and Wales, in partnership with Rights of Women, designed to help protect women against domestic abuse.
CourtNav is an online tool designed to help people of all genders who are completing an application for non-molestation and/or occupation orders (injunctions).
This role will work with and support our FLOWS and CourtNav services and primarily lead on customer support, compile and review data in order to produce relevant reports, and support our other related legal support services where applicable.
